This delightful version of a roast chicken is packed full of flavour whilst being light and fresh. The combinations certainly work well together and would be as delicious cold as it is hot.
An easy and flavoursome whole chicken done in the slow-cooker, followed by an old fave (lemon meringue pie) only made with my abundant supply of “fresh off the tree” limes. What could be better on a winter’s night.
