Very excited to be doing another version of Tiramisu featured in the July issue of Delicious. Orange curd and mascarpone, what could be better. Served as dessert after a luscious leg of lamb which has been cooking away for 8 hours. Yum!
This Gnocchi-topped Cottage Pie is a nice change from the regular mash potato version and Valli Little’s “Faking It” really makes it oh so easy to produce something fabulous at dinner time.
